1. Data Controller & Scope
SimpleDay acts as Data Controller under GDPR (Regulation EU 2016/679) and Brazilian LGPD (Law 13.709/2018).

2. Collected Information & Purpose
We strictly collect data essential to deliver our decision intelligence and executive priority engine:
- Account Credentials: Full name, corporate email address, and optional avatar.
- Projects & Milestones: Project titles, deadlines, milestone hierarchy, and tasks registered to compute executive ranking.
- Subscription & Billing Data: Financial billing is securely processed by Stripe. SimpleDay never stores credit card details on its servers.
3. Google Ecosystem Integration & OAuth Compliance
SimpleDay’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including Limited Use requirements.
