2. License Grant & Eligibility
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use SimpleDay in accordance with your subscribed plan.
3. Plans, Subscriptions & Billing
SimpleDay provides flexible subscription tiers:
Free Plan: Essential priority access with single project capacity.
Paid Tiers (Individual & PRO B2B): Full ecosystem integrations, unlimited projects, dependency graph, and Daily Decision Briefing.
Secure Processing: Billing is processed securely through Stripe with 1-click self-serve cancellation at any time.
